Every morning, you will be served a different entree from this list:

Scrambled Eggs.

Scrambled Eggs with Ham.

Quesadillas (flour tortillas filled with cheese) and Pico de Gallo

                   (a freshly made salsa of tomato, onion, cilantro).

Chicken Burritos (flour tortillas filled with chicken, beans,

                            and tomatoes).

Scrambled Eggs with Bacon.

Potato Burritos (flour tortillas filled with potatoes, tomatoes,

                          and onions).

All breakfast entrees are served with:

Pancakes and syrup.

Seasonal Fruit (Watermelon, Cantaloupe, papaya, bananas, etc...)

Selection of Cold Cereals and Milk.

Freshly made Hot Salsa.

Lunches can be made for eating at the Ranch, or packed as a sack lunch in a cooler with ice to take with you.

2 Sandwiches on Wheat Bread.

     Ham and Cheese with Mayo, Peanut Butter and Jam.

Piece of fruit.

Bag of chips or Pringles

Soda Pop (various flavors).

Every evening, you will be served a different entree from this list:

Tostadas  (fried tortillas, beans, shredded beef, lettuce,

     tomatoes, onions, sour cream, cheese), fresh Hot Salsa 

     (tomatillos, chilis, garlic), red rice (tomatoes added).

Chicken Breast  (chicken, carrots, peas, tomato sauce), rice

     and beans, tortillas

Ranch Steak (beef, tomatoes, onion, garlic, pepper).

Fish Tacos (tortillas, sea bass, cabbage,fresh salsa, mayo), lemons,

     vegetable soup.  (fish is fried in oil with flour, mustard, oregano

     salt and pepper).

Carne Asada Tacos  (grilled beef, onion, orange, garlic, pepper

     and salt) with guacamole, flour tortillas and fresh Hot Salsa

Pollo Feliz Barbequed Chicken - For Large groups.  This is the

     best barbequed chicken meal you'll ever have!

All dinner entrees are served with:

Soda, Coffee, Tea, Hot Chocolate and Water

Dessert (One of: Chocolate Cake, Chocolate Flan, Flan, Cookies,

      Ice Cream, Ice Cream bars or Ice Cream sandwiches, etc...)
