Reservations

Thank you for considering staying with us at Rancho La Paloma.  We maintain an online calendar to assist you in finding available dates for your stay.  Please click on the link above or the CALENDAR link to the left to check availability.

Group lodging is booked per dorm or dorm floor only.  Your reservation guarantees a bed for each person up to the capacity of the floor or dorm you reserve.  If your group size exceeds the reserved floor or dorm, or at the last minute you end up with a few extra people, we may be able to accommodate the overflow in the bottom floor of the main bunk house, on a space available basis.  Overflow folks are charged $20 a night.  If you reserve all three dorms (F, B and M) then overflow beyond the 156 person capacity of the dorms is $15 a night.

Having identified a date for your trip, please contact us to discuss your Lodging and Meal requirements.  We will generate a reservation for your trip, listing all lodging and meal expenses.  To secure your reservation, we require a deposit equal to 50% of your lodging costs, due within 10 days of your receiving the reservation quote.  The balance of your Lodging and Meals is due no later than 30 days before you arrive at the Ranch.

If you are incurring additional expenses during your stay with us, such as purchasing and building a house, we will be happy to collect and forward the payments to the appropriate ministries in Mexico.  The Ranch works closely with several other ministries that facilitate house building adventures, and   many of the groups that stay at the Ranch collaborate with these ministries and construct homes and latrines for the poor in the colonias.  Payments for additional expenses are due 60 days prior to your arrival in Mexico. You may use your Credit Card (via PAYPAL) to pay for your meals and lodging at the Ranch.  NOTE: A 2% Credit Card surcharge applies to all PAYPAL payments.  Please contact us first so we can revise your invoice before payment is made.  You will need a free PAYPAL account to send us your payment.  For further details, visit www.paypal.com.  Your electronic PAYPAL payment should be sent to the following email address:

   

All reservations are governed by our Reservation Policies and Guest Policies and Responsibilities.  A tri-fold brochure (.PDF format, 390KB) describing the ranch and it's amenities is also available online.
